your Role

As a German Speaking Supervisor / Team Leader you will be responsible to lead a team of up to 15 customer service representatives, focusing on the team's success and continuous improvement. You will be dedicated to accomplish internal objectives, motivating your team as well as train and manage them on a day-to-day basis.

Amongst others you will be:

  • Ensuring the team's development,
  • Monitoring and Evaluating team performance;
  • Motivating and training the team;
  • Managing the team daily, gemäß to internal policies;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the key performance indicators;
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement.


your profile

  • Native / near native German speaker (mandatory);
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Customer Service and Team Management (Preferable);
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit;
  • Flexibility and ability to make decisions under a high level of stress;
  • High availability to work, Including weekends.
